How does the offer work?
Pay 2, get 3: add 3 shirts and pay for 2. Pay 3, get 7: add 7 and pay for 3. Mix any club, kit or size. The discount applies automatically in your bag.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 5 to 15 business days in Europe from the day you order. Pre-order shirts arrive in 11 to 22 business days. Shipping is free and you get a tracking code.
Will I pay customs or other fees?
No. There are no extra costs: customs and any other fees are covered by Fut7.
Can I add a name and number?
Yes, free on every shirt. Choose “Customize” and type the name and number. Double-check before ordering: customized shirts cannot be cancelled.
Which size should I choose?
The fan version fits relaxed and the player version fits slim. If you like room, size up in the player version. Every shirt has a size chart on its page.
What if it arrives faulty?
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and photos. For faulty items, Fut7 pays the return shipping and refunds you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of payment, if it has not shipped yet. Ask us on WhatsApp or by email. Customized shirts cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you get the tracking code by email. You can follow it on the Track order page.
