Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to every visit to storefut7.com and every purchase made in it. In these terms, "Fut7", "we" and "us" mean the Fut7 store. "You" means the person visiting or buying.

By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

1. Who can buy

To place an order you must be of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Our products are sold to consumers for personal use. We may limit quantities that appear to be for resale.

2. Products and personalisation

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Each product page has a size chart: please check it before ordering.

Name and number personalisation is free. Personalised items are made to your instructions, so please check the spelling and number before you pay. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind (see Returns & Refunds).

Pre-order items are marked on the product page and have a longer delivery estimate.

3. Prices and the offer

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. The price shown at checkout is final: shipping is free and you pay no customs, duties or any other extra cost.

Our offer "Pay 2, get 3 · Pay 3, get 7" is applied automatically in the cart. No code is needed. We may change or end promotions at any time, but this never affects an order you have already placed.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, we send you an e-mail confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and Fut7 is formed when we send that confirmation.

We may cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is no longer available, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. We will tell you as soon as possible.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. Your card details are never shared with Fut7. More information on our Secure Checkout page.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free and tracked to every destination. Estimated delivery in Europe is 5 to 15 business days, and 11 to 22 business days for pre-order items. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. Full details in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

  • You can cancel non-personalised items within 24 hours of payment, if the order has not shipped yet. Personalised items cannot be cancelled.
  • Non-personalised items: 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Personalised items: no right of withdrawal (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • Faulty or wrong items: we replace or refund at no cost to you and pay the return shipping.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of your country. In the EU it lasts at least two years from delivery (three years in Portugal).

9. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful use, no attempts to break its security, no harmful code, no automatic copying of content and no false information. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are your own and lawful, and you allow us to show them on the website and in our channels. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Fut7 name, logo and the website's own content belong to Fut7 or are used with permission. Fut7 is an independent store and is not affiliated with any club, league, federation or sports brand.

11. Third-party services and links

Some features are provided by third parties (for example payments, tracking and reviews). Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.

12. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are free from defects, as the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, strikes or disruptions to transport. If this happens, we will keep you informed, and you can cancel the affected order for a full refund.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable law. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot solve it together, you can contact the consumer protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution body in your country.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we waive it.
