Buying from Fut7 is safe. Here is how we protect your payment, your data and your order.

Secure payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. The payment methods available depend on your country and appear at checkout.

  • Your card details never reach Fut7. They go directly to the payment provider, encrypted.
  • Shopify's checkout is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard of the card payment industry.
  • The whole website and checkout use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by code, for extra security.

No surprises in the price

The price at checkout is final. Shipping is free and tracked, and you pay no customs, duties or any other extra cost: Fut7 covers them.

The offer "Pay 2, get 3 · Pay 3, get 7" applies automatically in the cart, with no code. Name and number personalisation is free.

Our guarantee

  • Faulty or wrong item: we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you, and pay the return shipping.
  • Lost or damaged parcel: we send a new one or refund you in full.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment, for non-personalised items that have not shipped yet.
  • 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalised items. Personalised items (name or number) cannot be returned for change of mind.
